We did the Hands-On Setup Sprint to get a tool helping us draft replies to customer enquiries on WhatsApp. The setup took a bit longer than the month estimate — closer to six weeks — but the team was upfront about that and explained why. Staff took to it once they had a chance to practise. I would say it was worth the fee, though going in expecting a bit more time would be my advice to anyone considering it.

Challenge

The owner was answering the same WhatsApp questions about opening hours, menu, and order process many times each day. It was pulling her away from kitchen work during peak hours.

What we did

After a Starting Point Review, we identified a simple AI drafting tool as a good fit. Over the sprint, we configured it with her common reply templates and trained her one staff member who handles messages. We kept the approach simple on purpose.

Outcome

Routine customer messages are now handled more consistently. The owner estimates she saves around 45 minutes per weekday on repetitive replies. The tool still requires a human check before sending, which she prefers.

Challenge

A small accounting practice had read about AI tools for document handling and wanted an outside view before investing time or money. The principal was concerned about data privacy and uncertain which claims to trust.

What we did

We conducted a Starting Point Review focused on their document workflow. We examined which steps were genuinely repetitive and where automation would require too much sensitive data to be practical. We gave an honest picture of both possibilities and limits.

Outcome

The review confirmed that two specific drafting tasks were suitable for AI assistance, while the document-handling tasks they originally had in mind were not — due to client data sensitivity. The firm implemented the two simpler tasks themselves using our written summary as a guide.

Challenge

A small garment retailer had already adopted one AI tool independently but was finding it drifted from being useful to just being there. The owner wanted ongoing support rather than a one-off review.

What we did

Monthly sessions review how the tool is actually being used. Where it has drifted, we recalibrate. We have also recommended two small additions over six months and advised against one that seemed appealing but would have added complexity with little benefit.

Outcome

The original tool is now used consistently across the team. Staff report the monthly sessions are helpful — it keeps things from getting stale. The owner has continued the partnership and says the main benefit is having someone external to check her thinking with.
